Nevsky Evechntually the road of human's life will stop suddenly some day…
Why choose Us

Nevsky Memorial Chapels - “Nevsky” - and its staff dedicates itself to provide the type of service that is meaningful and meets the needs of each individual family. We also believe that the caring and support shouldn't stop when the funeral ends.

As part of our responsibility to the community, Nevsky stays open 7 days a week. Our stuff is on duty 5 days of the week from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM and from 7:30AM to 4:00 PM on the other two days in observance of Shabbat.

You will find a caring and compassionate bilingual staff there to take your call 24/7. Nevsky does not use operators to receive calls from families who need our help. If you call us even in off hours you will speak to one of our own employees.

Our bilingual staff is there to make that extra effort to answer and to satisfy all our client families’ needs. Nevsky has made exclusive arrangements with a Russian Rabbi to dedicate his services to us and the community we serve.

Two of our funeral directors bring their 30-plus and 26 years respectively to Nevsky, and the families we serve. You will find them professional, compassionate, helpful, and understanding. We also will supply families with assistance with the various forms and paperwork involved with the passing of a loved one, such as Social Security papers, NYC rent reduction, consulate papers for foreign shipping and directions for families to follow pertaining to agencies involved in any special type of request.

Nevsky offers families the option of services from funerals to cremation. Families greatly appreciate our experience in honoring various ethnic groups and their religious faiths and customs.

We are regarded as the primary funeral service provider in our community. We have earned our community’s trust through our consistency, knowledge, professionalism and one-to-one approach in conducting funeral services. Families know in advance about our compassion for others and our community involvement.
